How do I make a payment for a chessbazaar purchase?
chessbazaar offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card/Debit Card, bank transfer, UPI and no cost EMI. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. chessbazaar is in partnership with trusted payment gateway RazorPay, Simpl for our buyers that use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on chessbazaar (Octroi, GST)?
GST has already been included in the product, so you don't have to pay anything extra. What you see is what you pay. Kindly drop us your GST number if you want a GST invoice along.
Is It safe to pay through Simpl?
Simpl is a payment gateway which provides 3 months free EMI at no charge of yours. They authenticate your credit history when you input your mobile number during checkout. Just choose Simpl Payment Gateway during checkout.
Can I pay through Cash on Delivery?
Yes, you can choose the option of COD. If you don't see a COD option in checkout it means that your zip code is not serviciable.
PS: We charge INR 200 extra as a COD transportation fee.
Can I pay through Bank transfer?
Yes, you can pay through bank transfer. Just choose the option of bank transfer on checkout and you will see our banking details and place the order. You have to share the receipt of the payment with us on email@example.com along with your order number.
How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept all VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Rupay cards. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow. We also accept payment through Google Pay and Paytm.

How will I know that my payment went through successfully?
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received confirmation via email, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service center.
